okay i spent about an hour typing all this out and posted it but can't find it so I'm going to try and break it down quickly (dead tired right now)! About five weeks ago I made the choice to start a Winstrol (winny) only cycle. Although I had done a ton of research, my goals were to really cut up, as I'm a big guy and have no problem growing, but cutting is really a problem for me. Diet, I know!!! Anyhow this is how my cycle was going:
Week 1....10mg Winstrol (winny) orally ed
Week 2 ...20mg Winstrol (winny) orally ed
Week 3 ...30mg Winstrol (winny) orally ed
Now about half way through week three after talking to so many of you out there I decided to introduce some testosterone 4OH. I opted for the 4oh as opposed to say test cyp, only because it's my first time and I was unsure how sensitive my body is to AAS. Anyhow.........
Week 3 (in addition to the winny) 200mg (2ml) test 4oh intramuscular
Week 4....40mg Winstrol (winny) orally ed
also 200mg test 4oh intramusc.
Week 5 same as week 4
Now....going into week six I will start tapering off the Winstrol (winny). it will look like this
Week 6....30mg orally ed
Week 7....20mg orally ed
Week 8....10mg orally ed
Although my "connection" is going to map out how much of the test 4oh I should be taking as I taper off the Winstrol (winny) I was hoping for some more input/opinions. My plan was to up the dose probably to 300mg (3ml) on week 6, and maybe 400mg (4ml) week 7, and not sure about week 8. however, I have a ten week supply of the test 4oh and I plan on using it all (in addition to my pct of course.) Also not sure when to begin that....start clomid a week after the Winstrol (winny) is done? or wait till I'm coming off the test 4OH (I doubt that) Like I said my guy know his shit but Im hoping for some more input and advice to maximize my potential. Im thirty years old. 6'1" 250 and a few weeks ago I was at 18 percenty body fat (I know I should have waited till I was down to ten before fu### with the Winstrol (winny). Live and learn. I knew from all the research, but it was burning a hole in my pocket. Anyone have experience with the test 4OH. I've made some major gain in the past six weeks and I'm quite happy with the builk I've put on and the strength increase, but once again I'm lacking the "cuts" I've desired for so long. I know it comes down mostlly to diet and that is so so. i'm 100 percent dedicated for a week or two then I have my slip ups which I know are inexcuseable when my goal is to cut up and lower my body fat. But Im eating nothing but chicken, fish, brown rice, salad, veggies, tuna, turkey meat, mad egg whites, pro complex protein shakes, glucosamine/chondroitin, fish oil, multi, b12 (methyl..both actually, noexplode, creatine, amino fuel..to name a few. I know what I really should have done was go for something more major seeing as I spent a ton of cash. but my goal really was just to add and retain lean mass while dropping body fat. I think given my age and my goals the next thing I'll try is HGH. From all the research I've done it sound like what I really want and need at this point in life. Anways, I'm knda rambling. Please get back to me with some input/feedback/constructive criticism, whatever. Any info and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated. thanks.....
