Need much help as possible please.

Hey guys i'm new to this site,
And was considering steroids but have been adviced not to, and just stick to a diet and training

I am 18 year's old
Height 5'9
weight 151lbs

So been thinking, i need to put weight on, and become bigger/ripped by August for an holiday..
What should i take/eat/train?
Thinking creatine/protein shakes/whey protein? and eat much protein and drink plenty milk with hardly much sugar
Gym 3-4 a week?

What do you guys suggest?

i wouldnt and am sure 99.9% of people on here wouldnt advice a cycle at only 18 no matter how small or whatever. itll affect natural growth etc. so much natural test in you anyways. get the diet down to a tee and youll see great gains

Also, you cant really get big and ripped all at once unfortunatey. get some size on you dude then worry about losing fat to look ripped, at 151lbs i bet you have barely any fat on you matey, eat big and stick some size on, youll be happy!
