Hey guys i'm new to this site,
And was considering steroids but have been adviced not to, and just stick to a diet and training
I am 18 year's old
Height 5'9
weight 151lbs
So been thinking, i need to put weight on, and become bigger/ripped by August for an holiday..
What should i take/eat/train?
Thinking creatine/protein shakes/whey protein? and eat much protein and drink plenty milk with hardly much sugar
Gym 3-4 a week?
What do you guys suggest?
