need new cutting routine

I'm looking for a switchup of my routine and wanted to know if some one can give me a day by day break down for a cutting routine. Thanks for the help.
 
Hmm I'm no expert, and been trying to put together the same thing. I am currently cutting and right now my gym sessions are very high intensity.

Day 1:

Chest/Tri's

Day 2:

Cardio/Ab's

Day 3:

Back/Bi's

Day 4:

Cardio/Abs

Day 5:

Legs/Shoulders

Day 6:

Rest

Day 7:

Cardio/Ab's



*When I am cutting though I always get a 10-20 minute high intensity cardio in before my lifts to get my body moving and get some sweat started up. Make my workouts filled with high repetitions and make sure not to take too much time to rest between sets, always moving.

On day of rest do what you want, throw some cardio in there or just allow yourself to get caught up on some sleep, some work around the house, but make sure your diet is very clean and maybe go for a fast paced walk that night.

Just some idea's though, you can switch things up here and there. Hope it helps.
 
Its mainly your diet, and some cardio. Low reps, high reps, its all the same in my opinion, just dont burn yourself out. Cutting, you just have to burn more calories than your taking in, put yourself in a deficit, keep your protein high to maintain muscle and your good to go.

Also low carbs really helped me out, I would suggest only taking in carbs for breakfast, such as oats without added sugar, and before/after workout.
