Need nutrition facts for ALL foods.

Then I really don't understand what your problem is.

Well my original problem was the one that i stated in my first post..and that was my diet. Which i thought was fine, but apprently im not getting enough calories in.
Then my other main concern was finding out the amount of calories and protein in a certain amount of food. For example...8oz of chicken breast. I need a step by step explaination on the math i have to do in order to find all the nutrition facts out. (I hate math...) Like what do i need to convert and stuff like that. Because im not getting how you get calories and protein from just finding out the weight of a food.
Thats it...thats all i need to know.
