Need some advice on diet and exercise for new year

Ok, I havent worked out in a year and gained about 30 lbs from 168 to 195.

I recently purchased the Weider 16.6 home gym and plan to use that, aiong with an elliptical trainer for cardio that I also have. I've read the cutting primer from the site and gonna try it.

I plan on using CLA and fish oil along with high protein low carbs.

Is it going to be ok to keep drinking coffee with French vanilla creamer?

Also will the home gym effective enough for me to get a descent workout, at least for 6months to a year?
I have dislocated my elbow a couple years ago and it didnt heal right. So, I dont feel comfortable with free weigts, especially benching.

Any recommendations for losing fat, as far as cardio?

My goal is to basically get down to about 180lbs but be less than 10% BF. I think I'm about 18%BF right now.

as far as losing weight, it just comes to down to burning more calories in a day than you consume.

for cardio i like to walk for 45 minutes 3-4 times a week.

you should have to worry about the creamer. I dont drink coffee, but people generally tend to use like a tbsp of creamer, right? There isnt too many calories in a tbsp of anything.

The home gym will be fine, just dont overtrain by doing crazy amount of sets like most beginners do.
