need some diet advice

so i am 5'10, 193 looking to drop to 185-188ish

i usually will have 2 cups of oatmeal and a piece of rye bread with natural peanut butter for breakfast

lunch i will have some sort of lean meat with vegetables

dinner ill usually have chicken or whole wheat pasta with vegetables

i also take a scoop of veggie greens to add to my veggies, a couple protein shakes and maybe some natural almonds or cashews for a snack,

any help would be greatly appreciated!!
 
Divide your meals throughout the day for aprx 6-8 meals a day, protein in every meal, so that you eat 1.5-2g of protein for every lb of lean body mass, lets say you weight 200lbs then you eat 300-400g protein a day, and good carbs all day before 6pm & switch to healthy fats after 6pm things like almonds, peanut butter, steak, Extra virgin olive oil etc...
