Alllright, hows it going people? Thanks for looking at my thread. Okay firstly I know that to bulk requires 500-750 calories at least over your daiky expenditure. But along with that comes quite a bit of fat gain, am i right? I was wondering, what if I up the cardio, but stil add about 200-300 calories over the daiky limit? Or if I stick to the general bulk limit but minimize carb intake? Will I still be able to gain muscle while keeping fat levels relatively low? Also am doing a course of winstrol/test.p just too add to it. Oh and im 95 kgs atm, any help would be great. Also what foods are goodfor lean bulking? im basically getting most my calories from steak, nuts and protein shakes?? I know I could google most of this stuff but I like having an actual discussion with other bodybuilders and hearing different thoughts.
