I hope you're kidding about the two peanut butter sandwhiches.

And from what I see you only have 4 meals in there. Make meal 7 real food. Eat real food 90 minutes or so before a workout, not a PB sandwhich.

The whole diet looks pretty low fat. Eat some beef. How many calories is this? What are the numbers (protein, carbs, fat)?

the two pb sandwiches are at 3 pm and the 2 scoops of whey is at 530pm and i lift at 545pm.

more or less depending on if i change a meal here and there i am looking at 3000 cals.

i am going to add in beef patties

I don't think 3000 calories is enough for a "bulking" diet. That might just be a little above maintenance for you.

bump it up to 3500-4000? would that be sufficient?

that means basically just eat one more meal, or add to each meal a little more?

how much weight do you gain per week on a bulk ?

Im confused Im trying to get 5000 cals a day to bulk and Im 170lbs but the other day I saw Tobey Meguire (spiderman) on OPRAH show he said he was eating 2800 cals a day and worked out 3-4 hrs a day for 6 days and splurged on the 7th day. how is he so cut as he was bulking and who the hell works out 3-4 hrs a day 6 days a week to bulk?
