need some info about TEST Enanthate

Guys i will be a first time roid user ( not considering taking roids now) i just want to know how much muscle mass i ll gain with a Test E only cycle (provided i eat and train well) and how much of it will be keepable with Pct done.And secondly i Hav been reading here that for a beginner cycle of 12 weeks test E only Nolva is enough for Pct is that true? And i also want to know does test E only cycle will increase bone density for example jaw, wrists , knee etc?? Thanks

Test isn't going to increase bone density like HGH, anything is possible. You can gain 20lbs & some of it will be water. Now for keeping gains? Well even the best PCT won't do much. DIET will. If you weigh 180 and gain up 20lbs guess what? You're going to have to eat like a 200 pounder in order to maintain your size, weight and gains. PCT is basically to get your little tiny balls up from their long ass nap and get them running again.

this is spot on. you have to think in terms of diet and caloric intake to maintain. if you go from 170 eating to maintain then you 190-200 because you bulked or gained a lot of weight you have to eat that much more to maintain the body you have now. not what you were use to before cycle. as for pct its best to do nolva and climid and to have an AI for during the cycle.

Totally agree.

also its hard to say what you will gain. look at 10-20lb and keeping 50-80% of it IMO
 
I am seriously surprised bro i thought test would increase bone density. I know that anavar does increase bone density and red blood cell count so i thought test would do something similar. And i have also noticed ppl taking roids (i dnt know which ones) always do have some changes in their bone frame .i sure u must have noticed it urself when u see hands and feet getting slightly bigger and shoulders getting wider (aka thats increase in bone density). I need to know if i am right thanks for the reply bro.cheeers

I saw a few ppl here saying that for a test E only cycle nolva only is enough. And some ppl here say to take clomid and nolva others say u need an AI when cycling. So
I am a little confused some dont mention AI at all and others stress much on its importance . And i also wanted to ask u that for a test E only cycle with an AI along the cycle is Clomid important for PCT?? or can just nolva for pct work? I get confused since i thought nolva and clomid both are for the same purpose i.e formation of breast and nolva being stronger than clomid .thanks

there shouldn't be a single person here not telling you to use an AI. You need an AI.
As for PCT, most will use clomid and nolva, some will only use 1.
 
It all depends on the individual when it comes to utilizing an AI. With this being your first cycle, a more standard 1/4 eod protocol is probably best. (Adjust as needed) BUT once you have done several cycles, you tend to know how your body reacts and can tell when high E2 starts creeping up. I've ran 1.5 grams of test and a gram of deca with minimum use, of an AI and was able to keep E2 in check.., Get to know your body, AND monitor thru labs. Everyone knows I'm an extreme advocate of "there's no such thing as TOO many labs"..,,, find out what works for you.
 
op for ai get arimidex .25 mg eod. is this necessary for everyone well they have to know their body. for me i adjust dose as i need it but i would never run a cycle without it because i know my e2 levels would get to high. i like clomid and nolva together because they do react a little different in your body. i have done cycles only using one but i feel when they are together my levels get back to normal quicker and i keep a little more of my gains. as for red blood cell count every aas that i know of (correct me if I'm wrong) will increase the count. as for bone density i done think aas cause bone growth i know that GH will but the way testosterone reacts in your body it doesn't effects those systems that deal with bone density and things. calcium will strengthen your bones if your looking for that though.
 
Talk to 3J for nutrition advice and really take off if you get on cycle. Diets going to be very important when you are on cycle.
