Need TRT How to find a endo that will work with me?
So the past 3 months I'v been running from drs to drs trying to figure out why I have bilateral gynecomastia. Its not very noticeable but insanely uncomfortable. Also have 0 sex drive and all the other fun sides of low test.
I'm 22 and live in TX I have had 2 blood test one being

And a bunch of other test done(Mammogram,Scrotum Sonogram,etc) since breast cancer is really high in my moms side.
I don't have a family physician, I live on my own and support myself so you can imagine the frustration I'm having.
The plastic surgeon I had spoken to in case it had to come to that told me to get a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) treatment especially since my test was so low also that it would decrease the size so the after marks wouldn't be so bad. He didn't recommend me to a endo just kinda told me to find one.
I did manage to locate one some what close at a new hospital and basically from the past 2 times I have gone she had told me that 270's was NORMAL even those it says in bold letters low that since I was done with puberty that's just the way it was going to be.(I wanted to explode! but kept calm and stayed polite) I had told her I wanted to do a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Instead she gave me some bullshit script for something that women with breast cancer take and is pretty against giving me anything for my test. not to mention that the stuff she prescribed has bad sides.
My question is do I keep trying to see endos myself or tell the surgeon to recommend me one? I'm pretty fed up with the way I feel and physiologically drained seeing my hard earned gains from vigorous training is putting me in the dumps. Is there anyway I can see one of those care now clinics with all my paper work and them possibly get me somewhere? How f***ed am I?
