1st week
Sust. 500mg/week
Deca 400mg/week
Anadriol 4 tab/dy

2nd week
Sust. 500mg deca 400mg andriol 4 tabs/dy

3rd week
Sust. 250mg deca 200mg andriol 6 tbs

4th week
Sust. 250mg deca 200 andriol 6tbs

5th week
Sust. 200 deca 100

6th week
Sust. 100mg

Now i wants to knw one thing what will be better after that cycle hcg+clomid or proviron+novaldex

I'm not so sure about good post cycle therapy (pct) protocol (there's a tonne of great people and posts on here that can help you with that), but I wouldn't waste your time with andriol. It seems like a great product, but it's a pain to remember to take 5+ a day and space them out, and eat some fat with them, etc. Also, the amount of test that actually makes it to yur system is negligible. Also, it's fricking expensive to get enough andriol. Why not just use deca and sus? ALLLLLL that aside, you're still very young and i would advise not going on a ride until you're older (as a lot of guys on here would advise...). Just mho.

this cycle is absolutely awfull.

andriol is barely strong enough for girls.

deca and sustanon both need a mininum of 12 weeks to be effective.

at 150 pounds stop buying steroids and start buying groceries.

And i m using them from last year and wön 1 gold and a silver at pre national champions nw im preparing for national
So plz tel me what i do....will deca and Sustanon (sust) wrks well to gain some muscle size.??
Or what beside this i cn use without any harm
