Need workout to get BIG!

Check out the 5x5 program in the sticky here. Other than that, you need to just stick to the big, basic, compound movements like deads, bench, squat, etc. Moderate reps (8-12) with heavy/moderate weight.

Training isn;t enought too get big, you need have a good diet also. Carbs packs on the bulk so trying uping that and you should be okay.

You weigh 170. I would eat about 250 grams or so of protein a day with plenty of carbs. As for as lifting I would do some deadlifts, benching, squats, clean and presses, all the basic compound lifts with heavy weights. I wouldn't go any higher than 10 reps. I would recommend warming up with about 15 reps and then doing something like 4 sets of 10, 8, 6, 4. Try this and let me know what you think. Don't go too heavy where you get sloppy ass form though. Good Luck Bro!

I would do what basically has been said already, except Mike biggum's post...just stick with the basics first bro, then go to the other exercises, but first basics with a high protein diet.

Bench Press, Dips, Military Press, Deadlift, Pull Up, Barbell Row, Squat, Leg press and a lot of food for a looooong time.

Consistently working out is really more important than anything though. I'm sure I'll get flamed for this but here I go: diet is important, which exercises you do, how many sets and reps are important as that stuff will maximize the results that you'll get from lifting but you won't 'get big' without lifting consistently for an extended period of time.

You'll notice the biggest difference if you just stick with it for an extended period of time. Commit to lifting weights 3-5x/week for a year without taking more than two weeks off at any given time. If you eat properly and do the 'right' exercises and the 'right' set and rep ranges you'll get even better results but just commit to sticking it out for at least a year and your body will be a lot more muscular than it is now.
