Bench Press, Dips, Military Press, Deadlift, Pull Up, Barbell Row, Squat, Leg press and a lot of food for a looooong time.
Consistently working out is really more important than anything though. I'm sure I'll get flamed for this but here I go: diet is important, which exercises you do, how many sets and reps are important as that stuff will maximize the results that you'll get from lifting but you won't 'get big' without lifting consistently for an extended period of time.
You'll notice the biggest difference if you just stick with it for an extended period of time. Commit to lifting weights 3-5x/week for a year without taking more than two weeks off at any given time. If you eat properly and do the 'right' exercises and the 'right' set and rep ranges you'll get even better results but just commit to sticking it out for at least a year and your body will be a lot more muscular than it is now.
