Need your advice.

Hi im Sanchit 20yr old male. Im 6'1 feet and weigh 69 kgs. i have been working out since past 4yrs but my body has shown much result yet. i have gained just 20lbs even after consuming weight gain supplements and a 6 meal diet. i workout regularly for more than an hour. following a to part workout having 3 sets & 15 reps of each exercise. still there is no improvement. i want to get a good body and do body posing but i have not been able to all this long. i want to take help of anabolic steroids to increase my size n strength. i heard about Deca-durabolin. it is effective n less side-effects. Can u help me out and suggest me a good steroid with less side-effects. and also how to use it. Should i use injections or capsules. Please help.

yea man, 6'1 151 pounds? you can definatly do great things by simply improving your workout routine and diet. if you want to put on size i would recomend doing less reps in your sets, maybe 6-8.
 
Will less reps really help.....i have heard that doing more reps with heavier weights increase size....
And can anyone give me a proper workout and diet info.

its a good start... u need to read and get alot of info by yourself u cant just say ey guys give me some good workout schedule for my workout and a dietinfo u need reasearch little to learn something...

i understand u 100% im newbie my self...but i have been reading and opened a thread of what i should take and etccc...then alot of the members gave me advice and told me how to do and not to do then u need to feel it by your self because its your body... but make a good reasearch then open a thread of what u have learned and think u should take u will se allot of respons and advice by the GREAT and knowledge members i promise u and ill tell u what u need to know if i know it hehe....

What is your goal weight? what is your bf%spend all your time in the diet and training forums and put in another 4 years naturally.
