needle and syringe

i found myself 22 gauge 1 1/2 inch needles, but they are needles alone. Will they fit onto any syringe? or is there a certain size?

As far as I know, they should fit on any syringe. However, I use the same brand for both syringe and needle.

I'm pretty sure they are interchangable......but like Tx, I use the same brand for both too.

If they are luer lock then they will fit a luer lock syringe.

It's a fairly wide standard in medical community. I've been told one reason this is so is so that EMTs, docs, etc can use different supply chains but still be able to work within whatever environment they find themselves in (ambulance, ER, etc).
