Hello, new to using forums to ask for advice but i can't seem to find it where i am. Not to good with forums so if there was a newbie section sorry i missed it.
I'm 21 and weigh 178 with 19% BF
Currently started taking some steroids after doing some research and plan to run the 4 weeks the bottle suggests. Trying to get the best gains i can, sort of weird that i don't have a goal just trying to get big.
I'm taking
Mega Plex as my main supplement as recommended
Vitastack 9 pill pack with breakfast
and with dinner taking GNC's Liver Cleansing Formula and T-bomb 2
i spread the amount of protein out over the day to get 200~300 grams of protein depending on if i mix the powdered milk with the protein or not from that i get 1600-2600 cals and try to keep other foods under 800 cals. not sure if this is a good amount or not but sense i have some excess BF i figured less would be alright. and im no stranger to the gym
My schedule works like this
in the morning i do Cardio PT and what ever dumb useless shit my leaders have us do with the occasional log PT fun days. And on weekends i get cardio from airsoft.
my Gym schedule is
mondays and thrusdays chest, triceps and abs
tuesdays and fridays biceps, shoulders, forarms, lats, traps
wensdays legs, lower back, mid back, traps and if i feel unsatisfied then ill do abs
on chest days i rotate 1 day incline 1 day flat and 1 day decline and do the same work outs in sets of
10x5 and do 3-5 exercises per group
bench 145-160 depending on which day it is
on biceps i usually do the same things but will alternate free weights with cables depending on the day
on back days i change it up usually everytime minus when i do squats, i use the smith machine cuz i feel awkward using spots ( i set a low stool to prevent me from going to far down )
My sizes are (in inches, flexed)
Biceps 14 1/2
chest 42 1/3
Forarm just over 11
im 2 weeks into my cycle and i want to increase faster i don't miss gym days or supplements, although missing cardio is preferred i hate waking up at 0525 everyday lol
i'm used to having plans for working out so if i can get a good guide that would be awesome trying to keep gym time still in the 1.5 - 2 hour range any-less seems insufficient and any more is okay with me ( i don't do anything during the week )
