New and need Advice

Hello, new to using forums to ask for advice but i can't seem to find it where i am. Not to good with forums so if there was a newbie section sorry i missed it.

I'm 21 and weigh 178 with 19% BF
Currently started taking some steroids after doing some research and plan to run the 4 weeks the bottle suggests. Trying to get the best gains i can, sort of weird that i don't have a goal just trying to get big.

I'm taking
Mega Plex as my main supplement as recommended
Vitastack 9 pill pack with breakfast
and with dinner taking GNC's Liver Cleansing Formula and T-bomb 2
i spread the amount of protein out over the day to get 200~300 grams of protein depending on if i mix the powdered milk with the protein or not from that i get 1600-2600 cals and try to keep other foods under 800 cals. not sure if this is a good amount or not but sense i have some excess BF i figured less would be alright. and im no stranger to the gym

My schedule works like this
in the morning i do Cardio PT and what ever dumb useless shit my leaders have us do with the occasional log PT fun days. And on weekends i get cardio from airsoft.

my Gym schedule is

mondays and thrusdays chest, triceps and abs

tuesdays and fridays biceps, shoulders, forarms, lats, traps

wensdays legs, lower back, mid back, traps and if i feel unsatisfied then ill do abs

on chest days i rotate 1 day incline 1 day flat and 1 day decline and do the same work outs in sets of
10x5 and do 3-5 exercises per group
bench 145-160 depending on which day it is

on biceps i usually do the same things but will alternate free weights with cables depending on the day

on back days i change it up usually everytime minus when i do squats, i use the smith machine cuz i feel awkward using spots ( i set a low stool to prevent me from going to far down )

My sizes are (in inches, flexed)
Biceps 14 1/2
chest 42 1/3
Forarm just over 11

im 2 weeks into my cycle and i want to increase faster i don't miss gym days or supplements, although missing cardio is preferred i hate waking up at 0525 everyday lol

i'm used to having plans for working out so if i can get a good guide that would be awesome trying to keep gym time still in the 1.5 - 2 hour range any-less seems insufficient and any more is okay with me ( i don't do anything during the week )

What's your goal to bulk or cut? Because you can't do both, so your diet should be set according to your goal, and any more than an hour in the gym is usually too much..
 
Not to mention that's some pretty harsh shit your taking that I personally wouldn't put into my body hope you know what your doing
 
the reason i stay there for sow long is because i wait 90 seconds between sets and usually i have a partner or two but i set it up so we alternate the equipment to save time
my goal is to bulk up this cycle then to maintain on my off cycle then to pick up again and begin cutting
 
Then you need to eat like a horse and that shit is very liver toxic so don't drink or anything, do you have a pct planned out because that shit is going to shut you down hard
 
yeah i don't have a say in the matter when it comes to cardio, also i gained 3% bf sense i started becuase i was told to take in 3k - 4k cals per day thats why i went down. i have a plan for when i get off, i have more vita stack on stand by as well as more liver cleaners and a stronger estrogen blocker and test booster ready to go.

are you saying what i am doing is good enough? plus the cardio is in the am 0600-0800 and i go to the gym usually around 1500-1600
 
If your looking to bulk up then yes you need to be eating alot not sure what your tdee is but figure it out and eat about 800 calories over that, if you don't have a choice in the cardio then just eat to make up for what your burning off increase your carbs on cardio days, you will need to run a much better pct than what you have planned that shit is all crap and you wont recover and will lose all your gains too, run some clomid at least 50mg a day for 30 days, drink a shit load of water, those liver cleanser like milk thistle and stuff are crap just drink alot of water that's very important
 
I'm already drinking alot of water because im in south very hot and humid every hour i usually have one camel back 24oz water bottle and start on a 2nd one unless theres none near me, i also drink my protein with a full mixer of milk/water usually water as i am to lazy to mix the milk

hmm ill have to buy some of that then anything else you recomend? as far as carbs i try to only have 1 big meal a day and thats breakfast which i usually eat at 0820 -30 every day and if i eat dinner i eat pasta with soup mix as thats all i have and the cafe closes when im in the gym

also is clomid all you suggest? and would you recommend still taking the rest of the things i listed? the mf at the nutrition shop said isa-test gf would be enough so.... thanks for the recommendation.

You need to be eating every 2-3. Hours and clomid will work for pct

using the guide i used on bodybuidling.com from one of the members i take

whey after and before i workout 1 scoop before 2 after
and every 2-3 hours i take 1 scoop of casein protein with water/milk

also where do i buy clomid? i did a quick search and the first few pages were pretty shady
 
Take a good multi vitamin everyday, never taken what your on but im sure it aromatizes so having something on hand to control estrogen would be wise and for pct I would take clomid only, try to get as much protein from real food as much as possible and if you eat clean you wont gain much fat
 
Too many shakes!! Eat real food you need a recovery shake right after workout consisting of a fast absorbing protein and a fast Darb such as dextrose, drink that with water, you can have casein at night before bed with milk as it is a slow digesting protein and kind of feeds you through the night other than that you should be eating food every 3hours
 
they only have it in liquid form, i chose this stack because it didn't require injections is that the case with this or do you just drink it?

i think i might just stick with isa-test, the clomid seems risky and i was reading reviews sense you mentioned it, and i've found about 50/50 good vs bad regarding that drug as for as isa-test gf goes supplementreviews.com/isatori/isa-test-gf

i mean those could be paid for but they seem legit more or less

Its oral comes with a dropper, and what your taking is a prohormone and are really bad for you, oral only cycles are bad news, if you ever want to run real gear you have to pin, no way around it, it doesn't hurt at all and is so easy you would be amazed, but since you started this I am trying to help you not fuck yourself up but in the future stay away from them and get your diet in check this whole game is all about diet, read the stickies

true, i've considered a real cycle but this being my sort of 2nd of this type i wanted to just try it before i moved up during my recovery month going to research a proper dianabol and test cycle. i've seen it sold as kits and the problem with the needles is at first i had the wrong impressions and i was a week in when i realized how retarded i was for thinking it was injected like heroin. it ended up being much simpler than i thought i'm kicking my self for it but i'm going to make the best of what i'm using now haha, if i could just stop this and move to that i would but i figure thats not an option this late in the game.
 
That's why you should do months worth of research before starting, as long as hou pct properly you should be fine, good luck
 
thanks man i will come back to make sure i get the proper help here but still looking for suggestions for my work out schedule not just the cycle help if you have any suggestions :D

also going to head to bed got to get up early for work

hey man if you check this again can you give me a no bs assessment, i mean my gains so far have been pretty decent to my standards but not quite what i had hoped for, is megaplexx bs? or would a stack offered by the blue backgrounded link to the right be better? i've read a bit more on test but alas im not quite on the boat yet as its an injection and much harder to find than these. thanks man or anyone.
