I am new to this site and would like to share my experience.
47 year old male with all the symptoms.
TRT Doctor and had the blood work.
Total T 179 everything else in the correct ranges.
My treatment has been 80mg of Test Monday morning and Thursday Night with 500IU of HCG at the same time with .25 pill Anastrozle 1mg twice a week.
Just receive me most recent blood work today and my Test is 1295 and my Estradiol is 60.
I feel great however I would like to get my Estradiol in range. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I donated bood today to help bring the red cell count down.

I kind of see a few options here. If you feel good, don't change anything.

If you have symptoms of high E2, you could lower your test or hCG dose. Or increase your AI dose. Perhaps .50mg twice a week?

Also keep in mind that it looks like you had the Regular Estradiol Assay performed. It is typically overstated at the lower E2 levels found in men. We often find that you need to subtract 10-20 points off the number. So your E2 may be fine.

I feel better than I have in the last 10 years, but my joints seem to hurt more than usual?

Joint pain is often a sign that your estradiol is too low.

Are you going to the gym and lifting heavier than usual? That can stress your joints.
