SO...
For a long time i wanted to gain weight and pushed myself to workout upto twice a day when i was younger. I have a dumb metabolism and it does not let me gain...
I maxed out at 175 CLEAN on nothing at all but AFTER 2 years I couldn't get any more weight or hold even 170 without being strict...
Had my levels checked, above average, everything is great...
SO I GAVE UP with the amount of work I had overcoming me.
Recently I went and had all of my levels retested because i dropped 20 lbs,(FROM 160)
TO 140 because of stress and bad situations. (Caused me not to eat for a week!)
SO NOW... DUN DUN DUHHH DUHNNN (Since I refuse to use "Street" Drugs and only goto A LEGIT DR)
I ONLY HAVE THIS TO WORK WITH
A BAD DIET
I HAVE BEEN ON TEST PROP 30MG DAILY AND HAVE GAINED ABOUT 5+ lbs in 5 DAYS...
I AM 6 FT 1
I HAVE BEEN IN 4 CAR ACCIDENTS SO LIFTING WITH SOME PARTS OF MY BACK IS LIMITED.
I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT EVERY DAY WITH TODAY AS MY OFF DAY.
I AM TAKING
TEST PROP 30 DAILY (ORAL) (GETTING INJ SOON)
ANASTROZOLE 1mg DAILY (My levels were high! WAY ABOVE AVERAGE)
I HAVE HCG TO COME OFF EVERY MONTH FOR A WEEK IF NECESSARY...
I AM CONCERNED ABOUT MY DIET, EVEN MEAL PREP CAN GET TEDIOUS WITH THE WORK I AM HANDLING.
I CAN WORKOUT AT LEAST ONCE DAILY FOR 1+ HRS
WHAT SHOULD I BE EATING?
HOW SHOULD I GO ON AND OFF?
I HAVE READ SO MUCH BUT MUCH IS SPECULATION.
I WANT OPTIONIONS BACKED BY EXPERIENCE.
I AM AT 145 from 140 ON DAY 5
Plan on 15 a month, is that possible?
REFUSE TO TAKE ANYTHING THAT I CANNOT LEGALLY GET PRESCRIBED
