Hey guys,
I've been reading these forums for a few days now and you all have a great community and support group here. I've really enjoyed my readings so far.
I've started getting back into lifting and getting my ass back in shape again after not doing much for about 10 years(the exact period of time I've known my wife, I'm sure some can relate). This started in December and I've been happy with the way things have started. However, a new career opportunity has come up and I really need to speed up my training and get myself in shape much, much quicker(April 1). In college when I was playing football I messed around with some things but not much and I'm not really sure I want to go there this time either.
However, my main reason for coming on this forum originally was to review the lifting and diet tips and after reading so much I'm as confused as ever.
What I was hoping someone on here could do is put me in touch with the best bodybuilding trainer in the Phila, PA area. I'm not trying to speak in code or ask for a source, I"m really trying to find someone in the Philadelphia area who can work me very hard for 2 1/2 months and get me in the best shape possible by April. If this includes gear then its something I'll consider but right now I can probably gain as much naturally.
I'm 36 yrs old, 236 lbs 6'0. 18-20% body fat. I've lost 12lbs since Jan 5.
