A little bit about me

Diet is pretty clean/well balanced
Exercise 4-5 times a week
Sleep apnea ruled out

I know I am secondary and I have already tried Tamoxifen for 4 weeks which raised my test a bit but it didn't last very long.

Quick note, a few results such as free T/DHEA etc haven't been send in.

If previous blood work is any indication free T will be around the lowest range if not below.

Free T3: 3,34 pg/ml (2,57-4,43)
TSH: 1,93 mU/L (0,270-4,200)

Hematocrit: 51,7% (41-53)

Well I went to an endo and he doesn't want to treat me due to being in range (pretty much what I was expecting anyways) so yeah, kinda at a loss right now. In the US Labcorp changed the minimum range to 350 I read but of course that doesn't help me in Europe (Belgium).

Have you and your doctor considered running hCG for a while to make sure your testicles are operating at full capacity and they switching over to Clomid for a couple of months?

I do know what hcg is but the doctors won't prescribe it. Even clomid was a no go so sadly I tried that myself...can't really do much now. They only treat people who fall below range (250 ng/dl).

You should then consider running hCG for a while and then following it up with Clomid.

I'll have afternoon cortisol this week.

Just received additonal blood work.

Free T: 0,670 ng/dl (0,90-2,90)
Androsteendion: 127 ng/dl (134-429)
