My favorite routine I used to train was 3 on one off 3 on. Ha Leg days had to by itself. I remember when I would come out after legs and had trouble pushing the clutch down to shift. :laugh2:
Anyway I didn't just stick to the push pull. After a few months or so I would always change up to push, push.
