New diet for female..please rate!!

Ok, heres my new cutting diet:
Meal 1: 3 eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal 1 cup coffee with some splenda
Meal 2: 4 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup rice (pre-workout)
Meal 3: (pwo) protein shake with 1 1/2 scoops vanilla whey, 1/2 banana, 3/4 cup oj, 3 strawberries
Meal 4: 4 oz. chicken breast with 3 cups broccoli
Meal 5: salad with 4 oz. chicken breast, 1/2 green pepper, 1/2 cucumber, onion, 1/8 cup feta cheese, 3 tbsp. light ceasar dressing.

Training: mod-heavy weights 5 days per week, cardio 4-5 days per week
Stats: female 5'9" 21 years old, 140 lbs.

This look sufficient?? Around 1550 cals per day, plus a cheat day on sunday. Eat fairly good on Sunday, except dinner and a couple drinks.
