New Diet im starting its basic but tell me what you think

Meal 1

1 cup of Oatmeal 2.2g protein 80g carbs
4 eggs 12g protein 0carbs

Or

2 slices of Ezekiel bread 5g protein 80carbs
6 eggs 18g protein 0g carbs

Meal 2

Protein Shake 50g protein 0g carbs

Meal 3

6-8 oz lean protein 50g protein
(1 chicken breast/turkey/fish)
1 cup of rice/or small potato 80g carbs
1 cup or more Broccoli/asparagus 10g carbs

Meal 4

Protein Bar protein varies varies
1 piece of fruit (apple/banana) 17-27g carbs


Meal 5

Protein Shake 50g protein

Meal 6

Lean protein 50g protein
(1 chicken breast/turkey/fish/lean red meat)
½ cup of rice 40g carbs
Veggies 1 cup varies

Im running :
Test E. @ 700mg a week
Tren E. @ 500mg a week
EQ @ 800mg a week

this is the end of week 3

im currently 205lbs and im about 15% bodyfat.... what do you guys think i should expect from this type of a diet ? im hoping to get down to about 10% within about 10 weeks or so.....i have been eating sloppy the past 6 months i was at 10% in july ....and i had good muscle mass....im looking to get my muscle back on and drop the fat ....

for a moderate carb diet, that looks pretty good... I would recommend bumping the protein up a tiny bit

now the real question is, what is your cycle history like??

cuz that's alot of gear
