So I started my new diet today in order to cut down some before I do my first cycle nothing fancy hear it us.

Breakfast: 6 egg white and 1 cup of oatmeal

2 hours later protein shake

Lunch: 1 Chicken breast and one cup of brown rice

2 hours later Protein shake

Dinner: 2 salmon fillets (about 1 cup full if you mashed it in a cup) 1 cup of brown rice and than a few flouretts of RAW brocolli

2 hours ater protein shake if still hungry

how dos this looks it seems a bit incomplete?
 
well i under sand that juice. and i get what your saying. i when i say protein shake im talike each shake has about 80-100 grams of protein.
