here it goes going from 237 to 250 hopefully, Ill post my cycle and diet.
this around my 8th 9th cycle

week 1-10 test cyp 1g
week 1-4 test p 100mgs ed
week 1-4 dbol 50mgs ed
week 1-4 NPP 100mgs eod
week 1-10 deca 600-800mgs not decided
week 10-14 test p 100mgs ed
week 10-14 npp 100mgs eod
gh 6iu ed
slin 5iu in morning and 5 iu post workout


diet is
meal 1
1cup uncooked oats
2 tb natty pb
1 scoop whey mixed in oatmel after cooked
3 eggs, 3 whites

meal 2
2 slices whole grain bread
salad with 2 tb salad dressing
8-10 oz chicken breast

meal 3 15min pre workout
25g whey
1 banana

post workout with slin
150 cals worth pretzela fat free
mass recovery shake from american bodybuilding
or
xxl shake from ABB

meal 5
10oz chicken
8oz potato
1oz cheese
2 tb flax

meal 6
10-12 oz lean steak
salad with 2tb dressing
1 cup strawberries

pre bed
1/2 cup vanilla fat free frozen yogurt
1scoop vanilla whey
1tb natty pb
all in the blender
sleep 10 hours

right around 5k cals and each week I want to add 500cals or so
please lmk if any ideas on diet or cycle

Congratz on knowing how to eat. You could teach a thing or two to the many small guys that visit and think that their diet is top notch.

we used to raise pitts and mainly had red-red nose. unfortunaely when we moved our home owners woudnt cover us if we had pitts. =0l

we still have some english bulls. i love pitts. they make the best house dogs you could ask for.

you stopping the gh after 14 weeks?
 
Well planned cycle...If you can't reach your 250 goal, then something is seriously wrong! If I were you, I'd shoot for 260. With the slin and GH, and 2g EW, this should be easily doable (with the cals in place).
Diet look pretty good, I would suggest getting come casein for nightime and maybe with whey at meals, that whey is not lasting anywhere near the 10 hrs you're sleeping (the only place I could see that you're going catabolic). Also, even though 5iu's i the morning is a pretty small amount, you might consider switching some of the sugary carbs you take in later in the day at this point with the low GI oatmeal. It would help glycogen storage and with whey also protein synth. BTW, I like how you're upping the cals each week due to increased metabolism and weight gain. Many people neglect to do this and wonder why they were gaining so well the first month, but not the second.

Looks good but i think you'll gain more weight than that.
 
Good idea with the MRP. I would still recommend some quality casein protein however. It is so much cheaper to buy all the different protein/carb/fat powders individually and customize each shake with exactly the nurients you want each time. Lets face it, you don't always want the same MRP ratio. For instance at night you'd want more protein(especially casein) and less carbs, after workout you'd want mostly whey and simple carbs, during the day for a meal you'd want high complex carbs with a good amount of both casein and whey. I purchase my MRP powders at ProteinFactory.com. It's not only cheaper than individually packed MRP, but considerably more effective since you're able to eat exactly the ratio of nurients you want with each shake instead of just simply an MRP, or a whey shake.
