New guy, tren question

Obviously I'm new to this forum, I'm sorta new to the gear scene, but I'm not new to the gym. I really appreciate the detailed information here, to the point where I'm having a hard time sifting through everything. I've been reading everything here that I can find for the last month or so.

I've been on a 13 month cut-down sequence. Exercise was never a problem, but I got my diet in order and cut from 285 to 230 from Feb 2010 to March 2011. I'm now down to 13% bf, but want to go lower. I've kept the weight at 230-232 for the last 2 months. I'm 6-1, 35 yo, basically been a gym rat since I was 15. I've been on a steady training regimen for the last 4 years.

I don't want to add much if any weight. I'm right at 200 lbs lean mass, and I've been there, done that on the heavy lifting (405lb bench, 685 squat, 1170 leg press, all taking nothing more than PB&J and beer) and have the joints to prove it. I ski or snowboard 50+ days/year, wakeboard, hike, etc, so I'm more into functional strength and core training at this point in my life. I can still hit 365 on my bench and push 225 for 22-23 reps.

My question, and hopefully some help. Obviously I'm considering gear. Not sure, but considering. I'm leaning toward a tren/clen cycle to cut further, but I'm reading that Tren may not be a great choice for a first cycle. Thoughts of the experienced here?

Also, I'm in a new city, so that's a new gym scene. I'm looking for new sources, but wanted to know if the guys I see advertised on this site over and over and over are legit? I'm talking about the adds across the top, right side and bottom. Just curious.

yes the sponsors are legit...

first cycle is test only bro....tren is for an experienced user. 500mg a week for 12 weeks of test e is perfect
 
I would stay away from tren especially by itself. If your looking to shred up run a low mg of test with some winstrol 50mg a day for 6 weeks and test for 10-12. Your first cycle is usually your best. Run the low dose of test starting with 500mg a week for 2 weeks then drop it down and run 250 for the remainder it will save you money and your receptors are fresh therefore you will get maximum reaction to the dose. Drink a shit load of water and run some milk thistle with the Winstrol (winny). Also how old are you, I will say if your 21 or under I would wait to use.
 
Winny will do a number on your joints which is the last thing you want especially with your activities listed. Also & maybe it's just me but I ran 6 mintue miles on an indoor track well 2 miles upon arrival each morning for 3 years. 1 week into Tren Ace & that was out the door as Tren took my breath away easily so consider that in your cycling planning.
For your goals I would run test prop 150 eod for 8 weeks with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like Aromasin eod. Run it with a 6 week cycle of clen & possiblly T-3 since you have the test going for you to offset the T-3 muscle eating effect. Keto or Benadryl should be added with the clen after 2 weeks if you don't cycle 2 on 2 off with the clen. Good Luck with your goals.
 
with ur goals man I think ur looking at gear in the wrong light. I would consider cutting matt even if u have to sacrafice some muscle and jump on the wagon when ur bf is as low as u can get it. reasoning is simple gear is used to make u bigger and u will add some water and bf with that. so unless ur diet is remarkably clean ur going to add some unwanted pounds best to start with the lowest possible bf. that way u wont hesitate to eat and wont waste any of ur gear by under eating. just my perspective though everyone has there opinion.
 
lol I ran tren e for my first cycle with test and had a lot of complications ,prlactin problems ,mood swings ,sweats ,increased bodytemp ,fucked up dreams ,be happy one mi nute could cry the next lol its crazy stuff.deff. wouldnt use it first cycle if i had it to do over again ,and i love tren just a lot for your body to deal with at its first rodeo

I've decided to hold off on the AAS for the time being. I've run a very clean diet to get where I am now, and have just wrapped up a 5 week ECA stack. The ECA helped me drop about 4 pounds on a good, but not stellar, diet. Damn summer brew!

I'm done with the ECA for now and I'm going to take a few weeks off before running some clen/keto. This old fart has enough joint problems as it is, so the sides of Winstrol (winny) make it a no-go. As my radiologist friend put it, when looking at my shoulder x-ray, I have great shoulders for an 80 year old. Fantastic, but I'm 35.

I'll see how things go with the clen. I'm going to cut as far as I can, shooting for 8-10% bf. After that I'll consider some test e, but at this point no one is paying me to play and keeping the lbs down around 200 or so will only help in the long run.

To clarify, I gather tren is discouraged for the rookies for these reasons:
1. Body is not used to gear, doesn't need the designer stuff until later
2. I don't know what the F I'm doing, and should start with something simple to learn how my body will change / respond?
