I just found out my pharmaceutical coverage is changing from BCBS to Caremark/CVS.
With my BCBS plan i am paying $10 for 200mg of test cyp and nothing for Adex 1mg 30 pills. I also found out BCBS was going to cover my upcoming Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) prescription for $45bucks.
Now with Caremark/CVS in effect Jan 1st i am not sure if Test Cyp/Adex/HCG is covered, or covered but i will have to pay more.
Anyone uses Caremark for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and can confirm that they do/don't cover TRT?
