I just want to share a little bit about myself and my cycle experience so far. I'm also new to forums, so please bare with me. I started keto with my husband and hitting the gym hard back about Oct '17. He was pretty well over weight, but I have always been a small thing, but the biggest I had ever been. (about 140). I never really felt like going to the gym, but I supported him in every way. However, I started seeing a difference in myself! So, fast forward to this summer, after extensive research and my hubby staring test, I decided to do a var cycle.
Im in my 5th week of a 12 week cycle and really seeing huge results with training eod and working out at home too.
So, I'm here to read up and share my experiences with you!
