New Member, New Goals... Looking for some guidance

Hey everyone. Glad I came across this place.

First things first, a little info on my me, my bodybuilding history and goals.

I'm 5'11, just < 175 lbs, (I vary from 173-176) I want to say around 9-12%bf, 23 years old.

I have been lifting heavy for around a year now, but I do have a lot of exercise, lifting, and running experience prior to this last year. but only within this year have I gotten very serious about progression and diet.

My calorie intake is very high, and I do meet all of my macros each day. With all of that being said, I want to be around 185, and still very cut. I'm sure I could attain this in 3 more years, but like I said, I'm 23, and just looking for a little help. I am not afraid of hard work, but am a very curious person, and do like an occasional experiment with my body... hah.

I know that I want to try the "BARE MINIMUM" of a cycle. Would test be my best option? Or a synthetic. I do not want crazy results, and would rather have a very small amount of side effects vs. great results. I do not have a source yet.

Can somebody give me some guidance with my goals in mind? I would like to add around 10-15 lbs. lean, with the "safest" most mild cycle you can suggest.

If I have come across as stupid, hasty, I apologize. Be kind, I am learning. :smoker:

Thanks for the welcome, everyone.

If you're set on doing a cycle, test only would be the way to go. There are stickies about how to properly run cycles and pct for recovery. Welcome and good luck

i can get you to 185 in less than 4 months natural bro.. why would you run a cycle???

exactly. perfect answer. i would prefer to follow this advice if i was you

Haha if that's what you think, I have no problem with that answer. I would prefer to NOT put the stuff in my body for sure. 3j, that seems unreal to me, in a good way.

Are you saying you'd give me some guidance? I had no idea results like that were attainable ha.

im your height and roughly your age and when im 175.. i look like a crack head.... you could easily hire 3j.. I'm also one of his clients and he'll right you out a plan to gain those 10lbs easy...

The best part about 3J is that he is far more affordable than AAS, another thing to mention is that if your diet is not on point you will be just throwing away your money on AAS. You would not get the true benefits of AAS if you are not eating enough of the right calories.
