Hey, guys before I get started lil background, I've been trolling this site non stop for the past month or so and decided it was time to sign up.

Anyway my story is going to sound really Cliché but here it goes. I've been training now for 4 years. I do a lot of sports mostly BJJ and considerable amount of time in the gym (5-6 days).

Now Iv always been a small guy since I was younger. I am now 5'10 175 pounds 15% bf. No matter what I do I can never keep muscle on. I do for very brief periods but it just seems to come off very quickly.

But my major fear is that I'm going to have to cycle for the rest of my life just to keep this going. Well this is going to be my first Cycle of D-bol and some test. I think my expectations might be a little high what should I expect??

My real goal is not really to get huge, Id be happy in the 190-200 range. But for the first time in my life I want to have a damn rock hard beach body and not be this lanky schmuck ne more
