Hey everyone,

I'm also new to this site and forums in general. Hoping to find some new tips and advice from people who are established in bodybuilding. I'm also a Paramedic and work some crazy hours. Looking to go from Fat A** to Bad A**. Currently, 6'3" and around 245. Originally low-carbed down to 220 from 300. Packed on an extra 25 after starting to ride the ambulance. Looking to get back into shape and. If anyone has anyone helpful information, I'm always open to suggestions. Thanks in advance for any help.
 
I'm a newb here but if you're looking to run something guys will tell you your body fat should be 15% or lower. Read all the stickies and then read them again, note it out. Nobody is going to advocate anything other than a testosterone-only cycle and of course, Welcome!

Yeah, that kinda sucks but helps to know that people are putting time into the forum for positive things versus coming in first day looking for a hookup. Isnt the post number 50 before getting PM priviledges?
 
My advice to you would be to get with 3J in the diet forum and invest in his services. He could get you in the best shape ever if you follow his plan. Worth the investment. Welcome!!
 
Thanks for the replies guys, love hearing about a good member for advice, especially whenever its coming from Mods and Vets on the forum. Adds a little piece of mind.
