Guys,

I need your candid, experienced and professional advice

My Personal trainer is advising to go into a light steroids course.

I have been training for 2 month now , 5 days a week , on low carb diet and daily cardio. I have improved I can see this.

Currently I am 38 , 193 cm, 103 kg.

During the past 2 month didn't take any supps other than multivitamin

But my trainer is advising a light course which he is saying will give me a spike in fat loss and muscle gain.

His program is

1- somatropin 4 units a day , 5 days a week
2-test 250 mg a week for two weeks then 500 for following two then 250 again for last two weeks
3- stanazol 100 mg 3 times a week
4- propionate 76mg 2 times a week
5- anavar 3 tabs a day , 5 days a week
6- clenbuterol tablat a day

The course duration for each item is 6 weeks except for clenbuterol 15 days.

He says this is very light and will cause almost no sides effects and if it does, it is all reversable.

He didn't advice any CPT staff to be taken within or after.

What do u think guys. Will it work. Is it dangerous, will it give a spike knowing that I just want to have a firm toned body

Appreciate

Let me guess, he is going to sell you the steroids too???

That is a really bad bad cycle at any time let alone a first cycle. Your PT has no idea what he is doing and recommending a cycle to someone who has only been training for two months is very irresponsible. I highly recommend that you look for a new PT.

Read the link below in my signature for more info on steroids so you can start learning. You did the right thing by coming here for a second opinion. Now is the time to hang around and read.

Well said Mega. I am not a user but the moment I read the "Training for 2 months" I freaked out, your trainer is going to mess you up. I have been training for about 2yrs now & have not started, any trainer I spoke with always advised me to be patient, reach your plateau or near it because steroids will boost your game very very fast & if your body is not conditioned & ready to support the weight & work you will be able to do, you will be in a world of hurt.

Stick to a good diet, stick to a good training program & don't think about steroids, at least not yet.

thanks Megatron for a well-established advice. yes he is sourcing the stuff for me!

ok bro... tell me then a path to follow... this is a pro steriods forum... then you are pro using them some how...

I can be patient on bulking up but I need to lose belly fat ( maninly organ or viscular fat as they called). will taking clenbuterol only beside low carb diet and 5 times a week excerixe and cardio makes a differnce

do you think that excercising one muscle group a week is the right thing to do. when I can judge that I need to enroll steriods

Path to follow is start reading and learning. I pointed you in that direction already. And you need to get several years of training under your belt before you consider AAS -- not a couple of months. You should be making HUGE gains right now without the need for AAS. AAS will be there when you are ready -- as will we to help you.

Diet is the path to losing body fat -- not drugs. Drugs are great for those last few percents to get you into single digits - which you are a long way from. Diet is the key. Get a coach if you don't know how to dial in your diet. Set your macros. Some guys do well on Ketogenic diets. Other really like carb cycling. Others just simply need to reduce calories. And always make sure you are getting enough protein. MyFitnessPal is a great tool. I really recommend tracking everything you eat.

Given that you have only lifted for two months something basic is probably the way to go. Compound lifts like Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Rows, etc are probably a good foundation. Don't focus on isolation exercises yet. And make sure you have impeccable form before you try to lift heavy. A coach could be a wonderful asset here to get you started down the right path. Playing a sport too is great. Soccer, hockey, basketball, etc. Anything to get you moving and stronger.

Give me the name and address of your PT - I'll go pay him a visit - the prick!
He needs his license stripping from him :nonono2:

Mega has you covered here... you need to save your hard earned cash and invest it in 'proper' PT and nutritional advice - you will grow like a weed on this alone right now.

Only consider AAS a few years down the line, when you have plateau'd and got as much as you physically can from what God gave you.

In the meantime, stick around, educate yourself on all things AAS and be in a position that when the time comes - you can cycle with the utmost safety.

I'd also advise you to go see your doctor, before you touch anything - and get a full blood test done. Check your T levels etc and get a full 'wellman' clinic done.

This way you'll have an idea what you're working with.
