New To Steroids

As this is my first post on this site I want to explain my situation a little bit. About 6 monthes ago 4 of my friends found this guy and all of them bought Deca. They all got great results in the 8 weeks that they took them; however I was skeptical of taking steroids at the time and decided to stay natural and see what I could do in 6 weeks without any supplements. I have been a competitive athlete and have been lifting constantly for over 8 years and I dont look nearly as good as my friends do nor am I as strong. I am still debating about what to do for a first cycle. As I am not planning to do any pin pushing for another month or so until I get all the facts and make a plan for myself. Any advice from people with experience would greatly help me out. I know that Deca alone is dangerous, though none of my friends had negative side effects so far, I have been leaning toward a basic Test cycle.

You seem to be a smart guy, i wouldn't say deca alone is "dangerous" but its not a good idea if you like your dick. Test only is the correct first cycle. Read some threads on here, everything you need to know is on these threads. Make sure your understand how to do post cycle therapy (pct) and it's importance. If you are "old" enough and understand diet plan out a cycle with all the details and we will give you some advice. Tell your friends to stop deca, or atleast switch it to test and have post cycle therapy (pct) ready!

Ur headed in the right direction. Asking questions to make a educated decision for ur self is the best way to go about anything. U might wanna put up ur stats. Age, weight, maybe diet... As far as gear goes def go with test alone first. See how u react to it. Go from there. Learn about pct, and ai's. what u do after ur cycle is just as important as when ur on. What's the point of even getting on if u don't pct correctly and lose 90% of it and end up with low t.

As of right now my weight fluctuates anywhere from 155 to 165 depending on the time of year (winter weight). I will be 25 in february and I stand about 5' 9".

My diet on a normal day:
Meal #1
-2 pieces of 12grain wheat toast with almond butter
-4 egg whites
-3 glasses of what give or take
-1 multi vitamin
Meal #2
-1 Pure Protein bar
Meal #3
- Turkey and cheese wrap
Meal #4
- 2 cups of whole almonds
Meal #5
- either a protein shake or another protein bar

Once you do take the plunge and do some test (and proper pct after) then you'll want to eat a hell of a lot more thanthat! Eat to grow! Volume!

You're on the right track. At least it doesn't consist of Kraft dinner and Wendys, although a double stacker combo wont hurt you every now and again...fuckin delicious. You just need a lot more to the point where at first you are force feeding yourself, but after so long you will find yourself hungry every 2-3 hours. A general guide would be 1.5-2 grams of carbs per day per pound of body weight and 1-1.5 grams of protein. I've never read what the ideal amount is for fats but when I do up my meal plans they are usually in the 100-150 grams range, give or take depending on goals. If another member would like to clear this up then that would be great.

Good carb sources include: Brown rice, Sweet Potatoe, Cream of Rice/ Wheat, Oatmeal, Some breads but the only bread source I use is Ezekial wraps.

Good protein sources include: Steak, Chicken, Ground Beef, Fish, Eggs, Egg Whites. Protein shakes are good man but nothing beats real food.

Good fats include: Almonds, Cheese and to be honest thats all I use.

Give this a shot man and you should find that you get great results.
