5 foot 8 200lbs about 14% body fat.
im trying to get more serious about my nutrition an i really need some help. i have read alot an came up with this.
i have had no diet exp befor an i have been on this about 4-5 weeks an i have been gaining some weight.
meal 1 (7a.m)
4whole eggs 4egg whites
8oz milk.
1 cup oats
meal 2 (9:50)
this is during my 2nd period so its hard to eat whole food.
2 scoops whey
1 cup oats
meal 3 (12:40)
chicken breast (30-40g protein) i eyeball it
2 cups brown rice 66g carbs
Pre workout meal (310)
chicken breast (30-40g protein)
brown rice 1 cup
or
karbolyn 50g carbs
post workout (630-7)
2 scoops whey
gatoraide
dinner(1 hour later)
chicken (30-40g protein)
2 cups brown rice 66g
green beans
before bed (10-1030)
casien protein (40g)
green beans.
or
lean ground beef (45g protein) with green beans
or 4 whole eggs 2 egg whites and green beans
i would like some help.. so if u can help me out.
