U can't seriously expect to start a thread like this thinking someone is goin to just sell u steroids bro. That would not be wise. Steroids are ILLEGAL in most countries. Just hang around and do some research.

lol what a douche. you didnt even ask for anything. all you said was you were new and needed pointers. well for beginners...sign up at a gym, buy some whey protein and lift some weights.

bench press works the chest, curls work the biceps and dips work the chest/shoulders/triceps. squats work the ass and legs. pull ups work your back. those pointers should get you started.

That is why I will usually "quote" the person I am replying to. That way I dont care how much you edit your post, the original is still in my quoted post.

Lock the thread and put a kind note like
