New to tren...which test should i run with it?

26, 6'2" 210 around 7% body fat.


my source is back in town and i want to buy another cycle. this will be my 4th cycle and i want to test the waters with TrenA. my question is which test should i run with it? Ive done a lot of research and pretty much any test will work the same? nothing scientifically different other than long / short ester. its personal preference? I am considering Prop over E or C just cuz it needs to be shot as much as tren, so itll make loading and keeping track of what i need to stick each week a lot easier. Is that why most of the cycles ive read you guys doing are test P and tren A. what doses do you recommend for a first time tren user? I was going to run tren a little higher than test bcuz they fight for the same receptor. maybe 250mg test 350mg tren a week?

also aside from clomin novla PCT, aromasin AI and an OCT liver support what else should be ran with tren to protect myself? unfortunately i developed gyno at the end of my last cycle so I guess im gyno prone :(

any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
 
You will want prami or caber.
I think you answered your own question on Test. I am getting ready to run testE with trenA just because I have it on hand. Will be dosing at 250test/350tren.
 
Any test will work. Me personally, im on test e all the time so when it comes time to blast, i do 50mg of test eod mixed with my tren dose. Prop will work just as good. The doses you mentioned look fine. 50-75mg eod would be a good starting point. Caber or prami is a good idea to have on hand in case prolactin occurs. Keep your e2 in range and you should be fine. I use NAC religiously. I take NAC 1800mg with orals ed and 1200mg with inj ed. Good luck
 
Well the good thing about tren is it doesnt aromatize, I would def try running tren higher then your test
Exspecially if u are prone to gyno issues itll better suit u low test/higher tren
 
I wouldn't cycle shit till u take care of that gyno!

yeh im not going to do anything until its gone. im currently on test cyp 500mg a week. taking my AI and having to run nolva now through PCT to combat the gyno. then its time on = time off before i start test / tren cycle
 
Any ester of testosterone will do. You decide how many times a week you want to do injections. A benefit to longer esters is less injections. A benefit to something short such as propionate is that you tend to hold less water when using it as opposed to longer esters.

First off I highly doubt ur bf is 7%... and why not consider tren e as u only need to inject once or twice per week depending on dosage
 
No. Do not take tren e for your first run with tren. Do tren ace so that if sides develop you can bail fat more quickly on it.

As far as test...I love prop myself. I bloat less-though probably only noticeable to me-and I just feel better on it. Maybe die to feeling sluggish from the bloat on longer ester test.

Doses look great. Good luck and don't start until you have prami or caber. Prami can be found in the lions home.

is there any way to prove it? lol i was around 7% on one of those hand held tests my friend has. Next time im at the doctors office ill have her do the pinch test and get a real number. i was 5.5% in college when i swam competitively. my coach made me regularly see a the schools sports nutritionist to gain some weight. this was all before i lifted seriously though so im sure i gained a little body fat. People thought i was on drugs cuz of how skinny i was. kinda embarrassing :/

5.5 is impossible for a swimmer, u'd sink like a stone... I'm not doubting you are fit, more likely 10+%. Hand held and pinch tests are NOT accurate ways of measuring bf%

Just a note bro, guys on the Olympia stage are 5-7% and it takes them 3-4 months to achieve that for only a few days
 
China wall is right, at 210 7% you would be stage ready or very close to it. Calipers are a great tool when used properly and on different sections for a multiple point test but that will still only give ya a rough estimate.
 
grrrr. okay im about to just go to my doctor and have her give me a pinch test just for shits and giggles. as a swimmer i was in the pool twice a day for 2 hrs and in the weight room a hr. 6 days a week. and i barely ate in college so yes, i had a body fat under 7%. borderline malnutrition. i looked scary ill try and find a picture. i was 6'2" 165. im now 210 :)
