Hey Guys,

Been following this board for what feels like forever. Finally stepped up and got my testosterone tested and i was a castrated 187. Thanks to the advice of this board I've been working with IMT and they're fantastic (so thanks)! Been feeling like a whole new man, I'm 11 weeks in and just got my first round of bloods. Last few weeks haven't felt quite as good week 6-8 (but still infinitely better than before trt). Would love some guidance based on the stats below as I hold the members of this forum in very high regard.

Dosage - 200Mg Test Cyp/ week - shot on Wednesday, HCG 50iu Sat and Mon, no AI at the moment, 11 weeks in
Stats - 36years old, 174lbs ~12.5% bodyfat (calipers), eat clean, lift heavy, cardio 4x per week.
Feeling - WAY better. Energy, libido, positive attitude is all fantastic (though slowly degrading from weeks 6-8 which felt amazing)
Bloodwork - done on Monday as instructed (test shot Wednesday am), HCG on Sat morning, did NOT take HCG before Monday's bloodwork. I have attached some screenshots of the bloodwork (took the female test from private md as many others have mentioned but used male reference range). View attachment 563925View attachment 563926

Comments - Donating blood this week (and regularly after this) to keep Hematocrit in check, Sunday is "cheat day" so the high glucose makes sense though i was fasting, i take creatine and i'm assuming that's why that is high.

Questions - IN YOUR OPINION - Would splitting my T dose to 2x / week help to lower and manage Estradiol to within more optimal ranges? I have Anastrozole on hand from my prescription but from what I read, if you can manage E2 without it that's best.

Really appreciate any feedback and guidance the experts have here, I've learned a ton on this site and value your opinions. BTW - if there's anyone reading this who's on the fence about TRT, i highly recommend it - call Todd @ IMT, you'll be glad you did. THANKS!

Sorry, don't know if more frequent pins will lower E2. You could experiment and see. I was surprised that your test was down to 560 only 5 days after a 200mg shot of test.

I do my TRT shots every 5 days

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking that too but I literally have NO reference range to go by other than what I've read here and some other places. And of course it's always with the asterisk *everyone is different.

It is crazy how different we all are, but we are all trying to get to the same place. My pre trt numbers where similar to yours, but 200/wk cyp put me 1500+.
