40 yrs old, 200 pounds. Hey guys, I've started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) a month ago and have feel like a new person. I started out with 100 cyp one shot a week, then for the past 2 weeks went to 50mg E3D. 250 hcg 2/wk, .25 adex E3D. I seem to have felt better with the 100mg shot... I have heard Chip say every 5 days. does 100 E5D seem reasonable?

I am about to change to a new doc and have no bloodwork as of yet. I just started with the norm, and it has worked wonders. I know i need blood work to fine tune this, but this new doc will probably let me get leveled out on a standard protocol before blood work as to get a baseline on TRT. I do not know how low i was but it had to have been way low from what it was 10 years ago. had every symptom.... feel normal again, and love it.

any advice welcome. Have researched this for over a year and have learned a great deal here and other forums already. Thanks!

good luck with your future testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) life. I think 100mg every 5 days is a decent place to start some people go up to 200mg ev 5th day.

How tall are you? whats your body fat %at (around)?

Thanks Pack! I can't believe I felt crappy for the past 10 years and could have been doing something about it. I'm 6-1, lift weights 5 days a week, est. 15% body fat. Now I am seeing a doctor Tuesday that already said she is willing to work with whatever, so I just want to get the script as close as possible. She already knows I'm on 50 E3D, but I don't want to short myself if I change to 100 E5D. And with this E5D when is best to take the 250 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG)? no matter what dosage I go with I will get blood work done in a month and adjust it. Just want to tell Doc what I wish to start out on and it be as close as possible. Thanks!

Thanks bro, I think I have a good starting point. I'll definitely be on here after blood work comes back in a month or so.
