New to TRT w/Blood Work: could use some advice.

Briefly: 35, average height/weight except for some abdominal fat. I've been feeling lethargic for years, with a libido that comes and goes. No morning erections/soft erections. Memory issues, brain fog, depression, etc. Very hard time putting on muscle. No thyroid issues or diabetes. Got tested for total T by my primary last fall and I was at 379, which she obviously wasn't concerned with.

Decided to get a full work-up done by an HRT clinic in May. Results:
Total T: 244
Free T: 6.1
LH: 1.4
FSH: 1.5

CBC/prostate and other ********* stuff was normal. Did not test for SHBG or estriadol. My questions:

- I understand SHBG binds to test and if you have too much, your free T will be in the toilet. Is it worthwhile to get tested for this, and is there a solution to lowering it without a full TRT regimen?

- Is there any value in trying Clomid to raise test, or HCG by itself since my LH is so low?

- Could cortisol or DHEA (also not checked) be contributing in any way? Pituitary/prolactin?

I was also in one of my "inert" periods when the bloodwork was taken, only doing some basic bodyweight exercises: no cardio, no weights, very sedentary. I suppose I'm wondering what I could/should do to try and raise my free/total T before going on test cyp injections and HCG. I don't want to take that major step if a less invasive solution is available. Would appreciate any advice. Thanks.
