New user and Curious.

1st post,there is a forum for everything ha ha well i am a 21 year old male and i have been body building for about 5 months now,but i am not seeing the gains i thought i would see in this time period. i eat great and exercise 3-4 times a week for about a hour and i am also using the proper supplements along with my diet for max results,but still kind of slow so it seems. i am aware it takes time for these things to happen and i have made myself a very patient man,but it seems progress is a tad bit slower than usual. i have hit a wall and changed to a bulk diet after i had shed my unnecessary weight (15 lbs) so now i am in need of a big bulk gain in the next 3-5 months. i have NEVER tried steroids before for fear of my dick becoming smaller, acne, aggression, liver damage,and other harmful long term side effects (as as i cannot stand needles -_-) but i thought i would do one session to see how it works and all the so called gains everyone keeps talking about lol a few ?'s: are there any anabolic steroids i can use that dont require me to pin aka stick myself? (such as a patch or pill?) and is there a way this process will NOT damage my liver, cause me acne,and or shrink my dick? (i am packing and i do NOT want to lose it...) i have read up on these types of steroids and thats why i presented those side effects as well as usage for them, i am 1st time poster and any help would be appreciated it,thanks once again :)
 
Whoever told you steroids shrink your dick is an idiot. It causes testicular atrophy which makes your testicles shrink due to shut down but bounce back when coming off cycle. Your too young to start as test is really high at your age. You also haven't been working out long enough to have a good base to build off of. You probably think your eating alot but your not, food is key. Taking oral steroids alone with no exogenious test is a very bad idea. Injecting testosterone is needed when taking any steroid period.

Glad you posted first before jumping into a cycle.
21 is to young to start. Youve only been working out for 5 months? You have to give it time. Your best bet is to go to the diet section and get with 3j. No one here will condone a oral cycle without test as a base(injectable), reason being, Is its a dumb idea. Stick around and read ALL the stickys and learn as much as you can. Give it 4-5 years than rethink it. Oh yeah Chris who is right, who ever said they shrink your dick are fucking idoits.

Welcome, you still have lots to learn my friend and steroids are not the answer. Keep training hard, learn about nutrition. And you will see results. No doubt. But just forget about gear for now! Goodluck!
 
i appreciate the warning as well as useful information. i have been body building on and off for about 2 years now,but i have been solid for about 5-6 months but i just do not see the results i felt like i should have gotten. i wasnt expecting to be too built,but i have seen some progress,just not what i expected with all the hard work i have put in. but eating was part of my problem,i needed to stack more on my macros, any idea how many calories and carbohydrates i should ingest each day? i weight about 180 (formally 200) and i am 6"1. is there anymore supplements i could change or combine with my diet and or current supplements for more gain?

It all depends , you can start by eating 1.5g protein which is 270g a day. As far as carbs go idk how your body reacts but you do 300g a day and adjust it accordingly . You can manage that by chcecking your bf% if its going up you can drop carbs and add protein and fats. Fats start with 60g a day . Same as carbs! Hit up 3J! He's the man for that. He can and will get you where you want to be.!

hey man im 18 and way 115 have questions for all off you i just bought test and dbal. my guy said to inject on wednesday and thursday plus the pills two times a day i already have my post cycle therapy (pct). it really hard for me to gain weight plus i feel like im skinny
\my questions are
-im i injecting and taking the pills right. by yhe way i wanna start monday
- should i not drink and smoke
-how much times should i work out a week
- how much weight will i gain and get to keep
-i also got a good food diest to follow from my buddy but would appreciate recomened food
-and should i take viteminse
-and protinen shakes between meals like he said
