newb to this forum but not to the game

As the title states I'm new to this forum been around a few other forums just expanding my knowledge hoping to learn more from everyone here and sharing any knowledge I may have to anyone that may need it. I've been lifting for about 7 years started just doing it to get in shape then for strength then I moved on to power lifting and now I'm more of a bodybuilding but respect all types
