Newbie advice

Hi all, new to this site! Just need some help and advice from all you lovely people.

Iv been an avid reader and read alot of articles, but need advice and opinions from poeple who have been in similar positions to myself.

Just to give you some info about myself, i am 25 years old, 5ft 5, weigh 9 stones.

I have been training for 20 months (all during my stint at her majestys pleasure)

currently lifting 85-90 kgs, even had the pleasure of training with mr amateur uk dennis francis for 3 months.

My current goal/aim is bulking and gaining weight to 11 stones.

I eat healthy, loads of carbs, protein but want to increase my intake.

I want recommendations on a good protein powder, with creatine included seperate if needed, a first steroid cycle and diet tips to go with it.

My goal is to achieve this within 2 months, any workout tips would be welcome as i go to the gym 2 times a week and play badminton once a week.

All help would be appreciated, many thanks.
 
You are not ready for a cycle yet. You have much more to gain naturally and you said you only work out twice a week. Steroids aren't the easy way out, you need to have your diet and training in order before you even consider juicing. I know that's not the answer you want to hear but it's the truth. Research more and talk to 3J about your diet.
 
I currently go to the gym on mondays and thursday to do bench, squats and dead lifts, on wednesdays i play badminton and fridays and sundays i do press ups, sit ups, dumbells etc

yep your right its not the answer i was looking for lol for 3 weeks iv been doing this regime (since i finished my stint at hmp) but during my time at hmp i was working out 4 days a week.

Try getting back to working out at least 4 times a week that will help a lot. Believe me if it was easy to take steroids everyone would but you have to be smart about them and know what you're doing. In time you'll get there and be ready for them. Until then keep researching and training hard.
 
Is there any decent protein powders w/wo creatine, or seperate creatine you would recommend?

I trained 4 times a week for past 20 months, hence i thought now should be the right time to try a first cycle.

I was offered a cycle in hmp of ox50's but never took them as i wanted to do research before i try any.

I will be back training 4 times a week after next week.

I need advice as well. I am 23, 126 lbs , 5'1
Thinking of taking anavar
Been 6 months I started weight training hard core
I train 6 days a week . (1 hour) 80% weight training 20% cardio (20 min). I train different muscles every day. I train with my boyfriend so I'm able to lift more weight
My diet is pretty spot on ( usually)breakfast: 5 egg whites , ( half banana sometimes) 1 cup plain oatmeal w/water almond milk
Snack : cappuccino with milk ( I'm Italian so can't get this out of my diet )
Lunch : mixed salad w/ hemp seeds, spinach, grilled chicken breast (4 oz), 1/4 avocado, red pepper m cucumber ,onions , 2 tablespoons olive oil
Snack : 15 raw almonds
Gym at 3 or 4 pm
Organic vega protein shake after the gym with water
6 oz of lean protein (chicken, fish, turkey, sonetimes filet mignon) for supper grilled in oven
Half grilled sweet patatoe
2 cups boiled veggies
Green tea.
Maybe cottage cheese or protein shake or almonds or apple before bed
I also take glutamine and bcaa during my workout.
I was thinking of taking anavar to gain lean muscle mass and start on a calorie deficit diet 1300-1400 calories a day. I eat maybe 1800 calories now. I'm not super lean I'm a curvy girl but I eat healthy just maybe a little too much .
Would you recommend me taking anavar to gain muscle and eating less to lose bf.

They sell these power chews that are great, they're loaded with creatine and taste like sweet tarts (not sure if you have those in the UK, fruity sour candies). They also sell whey2build in a ton of flavors, in 5 lb bags, full of whey protein

A very helpful tool for monitoring your macros is the myfitnesspal site. They have an android app as well so you can keep track of macros at work or w/e. You can add new foods and it has a large database of foods already so you can monitor the important stuff and it keeps you honest with yourself on whether you are really taking in all 5000 calories every day

Beauty&beast start your own thread and you'll get better answers, but to help you out a little you need to train longer than 6 months before considering gear.
 
if you want to gain weight you eat more... it really is that simple... elite dymatize is an amazing protein, even got mocha flavour if u like mocha, steroids will enlarge ur clit, giveu a masculine look, deeper voice and ur jaw will look more manly...
