NEWBIE HERE. PCT Q on Test/Deca Cycle

Hey All!
First posting here, but have been reading up on this site for several months. Anyways, still into my first cycle and have a question.

1-12 Week Test 400
1-10 Week Deca 400

Im into my week 8 of everything. I woke up this morning to find that my nipple of sensitive. I have read a thousand gyno stories so Im thinking it could be the start.

However, I did plan for this in-case something came up. I have SERM Nolva on hand, and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) Arimidex. The question is, should I start this right away? Wait until Im done? What would you dose it at?

Start adex at .5 eod right away. If its prolactin related though this may not do the trick. You will need caber or prami for that. Ten weeks of deca is too short and it is recommended to run test higher than deca. Also should have done test only for cycle. You should have done way more research before starting this or you wouldn't be in this position in the first place. It should be more like test 600mg for 14wks, deca 400mg for 12wks.

Thanks for the info. Ill start up the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) today then. Should I continue the course of the cycle or stop?

I know it was a low dose, I was just trying to keep everything minimal for my first cycle. Looks like it actually might of done more harm then good.

Does anyone have any more ideas? Ill start running the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) now, should I run the Nolva along side it in 4 weeks when the cycle is finished?

aridemdex run throughout cycle bro when sides go down cut the .5 in half stop at post cycle therapy (pct) and run nolva clomid would help but on this cycle the nolva will be fine

Run the Arimidex like Meathead said. You just need to taper it down to .25mg on the last 2 weeks of your post cycle therapy (pct) to avoid any estro rebound.. Just to be safe.

I never used Arimidex myself but Aromasin is prefered for this cycle. If you can get that instead it would be 12.5mg eod and you can bump it as high as 25mg ED... You can play with it till you find your sweet spot.

It's not uncommon to get sensitive nips on cycle, specially with deca or tren for me. You're on the right track to play it safe.

If the arimidex isn't helping then it's prolactin related form nandrolone being a 19 nor compound. If using your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) there's no point in taking nolva, it's also not a great idea to run nolva while on a 19 nor either. Although it's different for everyone I guess.

I don't know man, 19 nor's shut you down hard. I would never trust just nolva, especially on nandrolone decanoate.
