NEWBIE, Need advice for 1st cycle. BASIC TARGET= BURN fat/TONE, BUILD muscle

Hi everyone,

I've just signed up so i'm new here, 1st post. So i've been hitting the gym regularly for a while now, just under a year on my latest exercise regime. I've seen results but too inconsistent on the weight side, muscle comes along nicely, but i cant seem to rid myself of the excess fat.

So i've decided to try stacking up a cycle and seeing where it takes me, ive done my research but nowhere near enough i feel and i haven't taken advice from someone who really knows what they're talking about. I feel a stack like test-sustanon + anavar +b12 sounds is what i might possibly need...

SO! based on this information below and above. Can anyone suggest what to include on my 1st cycle please and the Post cycle therapy if any that it would require. I would be very appreciative. Thank you.

Age: 24
Height: 6'3" (191cm)
Weight: 284lbs (129kg)
BMI: 35.5

Gym schedule: 4-5 times per week, 1-1.5 hour sessions excluding sauna/steam. 30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes weights (sometimes more time on weights)

-Thermopure (for metabolism, green tea etc)
-Alpha Brain (look it up)
-ZMA
-Vitamins C/B12

my diet isnt the best or worse. i feast on a lot of raw vegetables and fruits. I generally eat a lot of lamb, rice, chicken, bread and cheeses. some sort of indulgence maybe twice a week. the major problem with my diet is i dont eat often enough. But i really do work my ass off in the gym and i feel the fat just isn't going anywhere. I was looking at mid december for significant results, my girl's living in cali and i wanted to impress her with a new improved look.
 
Dude 280+ is too heavy for you to start a cycle. You will be more prone to sides. I was 260 and lost down to 218 before I started, and I'm your same height. I'd scrap the the sauna (unless you just enjoy it) and add and HITT cardio. When I lost all my weight, I'd do HITT cardio 2x's a week (about an hour a day) and strength the other 3. Diet is where it all begins. Dedicate yourself to eating right for 3 months and you'll be amazed. I put a link to my log below. It has before and after pics. Check it out!
