Newbie needing advice

I'm 18 years old. I've trained with weights in the past but always on an intermittent basis i.e. everything's going great and then I fall of the wagon.

I trained in Kickboxing and Rugby, then MMA whilst weightlifting and was probably guilty of over-training for being 15/16 years old. I left all the sports and lifting yet maintained a decent physique. I started back at the gym around June, only for a month before my son was born and then everything regarding fitness went down-hill. I went from around 154 lb to 210 lb, I'm around 6'0/6'1 so I carry it pretty well under clothing, yet I'm covered in stretch marks and my body-fat is ridiculously high. Thankfully I got a 15 Month gym membership for my birthday at the beginning of November, around the same time I got a new job and my shifts messed it up. I managed to get in good hard training and my diet was pretty good but I've fallen off the wagon at Christmas.

I'm 6'0, 210 lbs and around 20% body fat. I'm heading back to my training regime now and have got in a shopping list which is all protein and none of the bad stuff. My school time and work shifts are now great and give plenty of gym time. I also came into contact with a friend who got into bodybuilding after doing a stretch in a gaol, he hooked me up with some 'dianabol', (100 tabs) and advised me to take 5-a-day.

I'm a big guy, but I want to get bigger, but minus the fat. So if I stick to a decent diet, hit the gym 5 days/week and take the roids will I achieve the desired effect?

(I gave plenty of Background info there so it doesn't appear that I'm clueless)

Welcome on steroidology.

never run anything before your 21, especialy Dbol.

the firsts mgr of dbol start to shut down your HPTA fonction, and make you body prone to sides effects.

patience, training hard, good diet, solid way of life. are the main way to think about.

take a look a the diet forum, you will see some awesome advice to get real good satsfaction.

Thanks, I'll take a look at the diet section; I already got a good bit of info. off another bodybuilding forum.

I've heard the warnings about age and other factors, but I know a fair few characters around who have went against the advice and got good results and that makes it harder to take the advice. I'm torn at the minute but I'll definitely keep your advice in mind.

Train hard - lots of cardio and eat clean. Get your BF% down around 12% and if your still working out in 8 years and have done a ton of research maybe try some gear. You have a ton of test in your body get motivated and you don't need gear!

Thanks, what supplements would you recommend instead of roids that will help me pack on the muscle?

usualy youg people which run AAS will regrets it very hightly... and when they will fall under injury, and they will be never again able to grow, you, with patience will pass over them.

i've seen pretty numerous youngish taking this wicked way to reach ther goal. no of them was able to keep the gain anymore after some years.

Would it be alright for me to use the current pills which I have here to boost growth, then just leave the steroids and keep training?

animalcuts is one of my favs but not sure on what age is recommended. Like kane said check out the diet section and take a look at the supplement sect.

kane is correct. over time you will blow by them, and then when you stop growing naturally you can reall surpass them with a nice cycle.

just because it gave them good results in the short term, does not mean it will be the best game plan for the long run.
