Welcome

Hopefully one of your female members will chime in here and give you some cycle advice.

If you are looking for diet and training tips, check out their respective forums. There is lots of good info on the board.

hey lola, welcome to 'Ology! ;)
first off, could you post up your training scedule? i personally wouldn't recommend a "stack" (more than one drug at a time) for your first cycle, as it increases the risk of side effects. plus, if you have any negative sides it's harder to tell which drug caused them. that being said, do you lift weights? if you don't i would recommend starting a training program before turning to drugs. you said you love to run; if that is all you are doing right now, then beginning a lifting program will help improve muscle quality and give you the hard look you're going for. ok- your turn! ;) hit us back with that training schedule, and diet too if you can!

thx lola! :) it took me a lot of heavy lifting to get my muscles to look "hard" like what you are talking about. there are a few things about your diet that could be improved upon- i would suggest posting it in the diet forum along with your goals. you'll get a LOT of great advice in there. also, i think you would see many benefits from going heavier weight/lower reps for a while. adding lean mass raises your BMR (basal metabolic rate), which in turn burns more calories, sheds fat and makes you look "harder". it will also help your running. how do you feel about this?

its just the truth minx :) i think ill try the whole high weight low reps , i have really skinny arms, thier strong but i almost look like a stick hahahaha i think i might have lied about not wanting to gain weight maybe a couple of pounds 4-5 of lean mass wouldnt be that bad :goof: but see the problem is where i am at thier are not alot of gyms......and the one i go to all the guys hog the damn weights and when they see a female in the gym they think im thier to pick up damn guys, like thier some type of hot shit :spank: so i usually leave them and the damn weigths alone, thier is nothing worse then trying to work out while some retard is trying to get into your pants(no offense to the good guys out thier) sucks. i have rediculusly strong legs though and can run for what seems like forever(maybe not forever but far) i used to swim in high school (won the victrix lodorum all nationals!!!!!!) but again the pool out here is questionable :eyes: strange things go on in thier hahahaha....anyways i guess ill just have to tough it out until they get the point :insane2: thanks for the info minx!
