Supplemental protein is not always the way to go. You can get loads of carb free protiens from naturally occurinf animal proteins such as chicken, lean beef and seafood. If you are going to do a fat fast white meat seafood such as cod, tuna and halibut are awsome sources of very lean, no carb proteins.
