Stay away from breads, pastas, chips, crackers, sweets, atleast 3 to 4 hours before bed for serious weight loss. Eat veggies, low fat cottage cheese, low salt mixed nuts, low fat peanut butter(2 - 4 tbps). Drink lots and lots of water when you have hunger pains and it will help fill you up and stop the pains. Main thing you need; ( Self-Control and Will-Power) Do a search for most of your questions and you will find a wealth of knowledge.
Second to last meal;( dinner)
6oz to 8oz Chicken Breast or Turkey Burger( great protein; low to no carbs)
1- can of mixed veggies(no salt added kind) ( these are good carbs)
Water, Water ,Water
Last Snack: 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese (slow digesting protein)
1 tbsp Udo's Oil. ( great efa's) do a search and look it up)
maybe a "small" handful of those low salt mixed nuts.
More Water!!
