No carbs at night?

I read hear a lot of times that is not recomended to eat carbs at night. But my question is... what is a good meal for after 20hs.? Is a lettuce and peas salad a bad idea? I'm on a loose weight diet at this moment.
What is the best moment to eat the egg whites?

For me, no carbs after 7pm. That does not mean no veggies and an occasional fruit. Just no refined carbs whatsoever.
 
I have carbs befor ebed on a bulk and cut. EFAs are good for energy overnight but some carbs are fine. As long you stay in the right P/C/F ratios you should be fine.

I read the compsition of the peas and have a little carbs... does matters?
 
Stay away from breads, pastas, chips, crackers, sweets, atleast 3 to 4 hours before bed for serious weight loss. Eat veggies, low fat cottage cheese, low salt mixed nuts, low fat peanut butter(2 - 4 tbps). Drink lots and lots of water when you have hunger pains and it will help fill you up and stop the pains. Main thing you need; ( Self-Control and Will-Power) Do a search for most of your questions and you will find a wealth of knowledge.

Second to last meal;( dinner)
6oz to 8oz Chicken Breast or Turkey Burger( great protein; low to no carbs)
1- can of mixed veggies(no salt added kind) ( these are good carbs)
Water, Water ,Water

Last Snack: 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese (slow digesting protein)
1 tbsp Udo's Oil. ( great efa's) do a search and look it up)
maybe a "small" handful of those low salt mixed nuts.
More Water!!

I will search in the stores if there are lo fat cottage, i never seen it in my country :(
I think i will replace the peas in my salad for the flavour (i don't like raw veggs alone very much) with cottage.
 
eggwhites are good before bedtime.

What seems to work for me is 1 1/2 cup of FF cottage cheese and some whey and a tsp of natty peanutbutter. When I diet I leave out the cottage cheese.
