Just looking for some opinions.
Right after my first cycle of test e 12 weeks @ 500mg, i will have to go away with work for a 2 week course. I have no control over this and cant change the dates or move the cycle.
For the duration of the 2 week work course i will not be able to leave the premisis and wont be able to train, apart from maybe body weight exercises etc.
Now what i am wondering is will i just lose all of my gains due to the sudden change in diet and lack of lifting? I intend to take plenty of gainer shakes etc to keep cals up as i wont be able to cook food.
Any opinions? Tips?
I was thinking of maybe either bringing 2 pre loaded pins with me or just pinning 1 gram before i go, so that in esence i am making it a 14 week course but without lifting in the last 2 weeks, in order o try maintain any gains made. What do you think? Just dont want to waste my cycle
