No lifting for 2 weeks straight after cycle

Just looking for some opinions.

Right after my first cycle of test e 12 weeks @ 500mg, i will have to go away with work for a 2 week course. I have no control over this and cant change the dates or move the cycle.

For the duration of the 2 week work course i will not be able to leave the premisis and wont be able to train, apart from maybe body weight exercises etc.

Now what i am wondering is will i just lose all of my gains due to the sudden change in diet and lack of lifting? I intend to take plenty of gainer shakes etc to keep cals up as i wont be able to cook food.

Any opinions? Tips?

I was thinking of maybe either bringing 2 pre loaded pins with me or just pinning 1 gram before i go, so that in esence i am making it a 14 week course but without lifting in the last 2 weeks, in order o try maintain any gains made. What do you think? Just dont want to waste my cycle :(
 
silly Idea. first of all they have to let you eat some time take food with you stuff your pockets at the buffet what ever it takes. Eating is going to keep you from loosing your gains not lack of lifting for that time frame. Enjoy your 2 weeks out of the gym eat as best as you can and enjoy a real recovery. You may be very surprised at what happens with 2 weeks off. Unless your stuck in a space ship with nothing but Tang for 2 weeks you will do ok.

What will kill ya is if you don't get back into a rutine when you get back.

If your one of those guys that does those Time share things for work. I hope the take all your food and spike your coffee with Baby laxatives!

Its not that simple really, its similar to being stuck in a spaceship ha its a military course, so from 06:30 untill 22:00 hrs i am on programme for 14 days. Lots of cardio etc. This just got sprung on me so i couldnt have factored it in.

They will give us the standard 3 meals a day but i will supplement with gainer shakes for convenience, protein bars etc is the best i could do to keep cals up.

I know its not idea and seems a bit extreme but its the military, i just gotta do what im told.

No time share lol
 
well hog up on your three meal if you can keep it down while doing what your have to and do the shakes and protien bars that should be more than enough.
