My training is now 3x6
With all the exercises I can lift more the next time I do it. accept for one exercise. I don't get it. It's with the cable side lats. I first do dumbel press 3x6 and then cable side lats 3x6. But I could't lift more the next time. So I changed it to first cable side lats 3x6 and then dumbel press 3x6. but still no progress. how is this possible, because I make progres with all the other exercises for all the other muscles
